Russell’s Holds Annual Christmas Open House

Bellevue - It seems like every family has their own traditions for the holidays. The Russells — owners of Russell’s Flowers, Garden Center and Gifts — have been celebrating the season for 30 years with their annual Christmas Open House.This year’s Open House will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 29, 1 to 5 p.m. The gift shop will be open and filled with displays of all sorts of holiday decorations, gifts, and fresh flowers and foliage. Incidentally, Saturday, Nov. 28 also happens to be Small Business Saturday, something that the Russell’s never planned on.
“We’ve had the Open House on that weekend for probably thirty years. It just works out that it all of a sudden became Small Business Saturday,” said Lori Russell. “We’ve been doing it for a long time.”
